For The Love Of The Game is a collection born from disruption. Intended as the start of a full-length album, these songs were written and recorded during a short, chaotic stay in a cabin in the Catskills. The water ran out four days in, and the band left unshowered and unfinished. What remains are their favorite pieces from that abandoned plan—rough-edged, immediate, and full of the energy that comes from things not going how you thought they would. A failed attempt, maybe—but one they are proud of.
